From sourcing raw materials to shipping final products, we maintain strict quality control at every stage.
Sourcing & Mixing
Mixing coir pith and coir chips (proportion as per request) from our own raw material sources.
Compression
Compressing to a very high ratio (8:1) to make coir slabs convenient for efficient shipping.
Drilling & Packing
We drill plant holes and pre-cut drain holes as per request, then pack into UV protected bags.
Shipping
Making pallets, loading into 40ft containers, and shipping by cargo (FCL) worldwide.
